Roozmeer Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.

Delivery Time:
- Major cities: 2-4 business days
- Other cities/remote areas: 4-7 business days

Shipping Charges:
- Flat rate shipping applies across Pakistan (see checkout for 
  exact rate)
- Free shipping may apply on orders above a certain amount (check 
  current offers at checkout)

Order Tracking:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via 
  SMS/WhatsApp/email.

Delivery Issues:
- If your order is delayed or you haven't received a tracking update 
  within a reasonable time, contact us at roozmeerofficial@gmail.com.
- Roozmeer is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, 
  weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided by the 
  customer.

International Shipping:
- Currently not available. We only deliver within Pakistan at this 
  time.
